Role Mission
As a Payments Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing the payment strategies for the different subscriptions products of the company, working closely with all the company departments and the different payment services partners. You will actively work on improving the different billing processes and also on minimizing the impact of the fraud and chargeback transactions, with the double objective to increase both revenue and profit of the business unit.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze trends KPls, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions to other teams promptly.
* Develop existing and new partnerships with PSPs
* Develop and manage our partnership with risk management solutions
* Participate in the elaboration of the payment strategies for the different subscriptions products of the company, and apply these strategies in close collaboration with the development, marketing, and advertising teams.
* Develop initiatives to mitigate fraud and chargeback risk
* Define Chargeback dispute procedures and monitor dispute results
* Contribute to the implementation of new processes and software solutions related to fraud prevention/detection and payments.
* Participate in the accounting reconciliation processes with payment and fraud providers' reporting.
* Implement the PCI DSS compliance in collaboration with the Development team.
Profile
You have a solid working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, and a proven experience with subscriptions based business models.
* Very detail-oriented with a meticulous approach and being able to manage payment solutions
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Money conscious with an innovative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
* Proactive, a strong communicator able to involve the different teams in the project.
* Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistical interpretation.
* Problem-solving attitude.
Requirements
* Master's Degree in a related field.
* +5 years experience in Creditcard Payments Industry.
* +2 years of proven payment experience in Subscriptions based products
* Strong knowledge of payment processes and payment optimisation.
* Deep understanding of the fraud management.
* Expertise in BI Tools
* Fluent English.
* French is a plus
