Job description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key liaison between our customers and internal teams. Your mission is to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the order management cycle. You'll collaborate closely with departments such as Sales, Planning, Quality, and Finance to meet client needs and optimize internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support via clear, friendly, and professional communication
- Manage end-to-end order processing: confirmations, invoicing, returns, and refunds
- Provide timely and accurate updates on order status
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs, forecasts, and lead times
- Maintain and update customer data in SAP
- Track and report on customer inquiries and feedback
- Follow internal procedures, policies, and workflows
- Proactively resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
Education:
- Minimum: Vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in a relevant field
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in supply chain or logistics
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience with SAP is highly valued
