As a Junior Brand Manager, you will collaborate with the marketing team in executing plans and initiatives that drive brand growth. You’ll take part in key projects, gain hands-on experience in brand development, and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.

Job description:
Brand Management Support:
- Collaborate in the execution of the Marketing Plan under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
- Support coordination with creative and media agencies.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations, market analysis, and campaign tracking.
- Assist in organizing events and brand activations.
Strategic Analysis and Support:
- Support market data analysis (Nielsen, Kantar, etc.) to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D) to develop initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation of performance reports and campaign results.
Innovation and Consumer Insights:
- Contribute to consumer research and trend analysis.
- Support the launch of proposals for new products or improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience : Over 2 years in Marketing roles within the Food or FMCG sectors, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration. An MBA or Master’s in Marketing will be considered a plus.
- Languages: English (essential, high proficiency required)
- Analytical Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar to ensure a data-driven market perspective.
